VytaloLet’s talk VYTALO / HOW VYTALO WORKS
Explore the experience we are developing, from connecting your device to discussing the patterns that matter to you.
YOUR JOURNEY WITH VYTALO
This is the experience we are developing: a simple way to understand your information and decide what to discuss next.
Choose which supported device data to share. Glucose monitoring is the starting point; blood pressure and other connections depend on pathway and device readiness.
Supported readings are brought together with your activity, sleep and everyday context. Each new reading adds context, rather than a new diagnosis.
Defined thresholds, trends and data-quality checks help turn readings into understandable health indicators. Enough reliable data is needed first.
A regular report is designed to show what stayed stable, what changed, what may need attention and practical next steps to discuss.
Review lifestyle factors you can influence with a coach. Where appropriate, concerns are directed to a dietitian or healthcare professional.
Look across relevant health areas and revisit your plan as patterns change, with your existing care and personal circumstances in mind.
In development, with people at the centre. This journey describes the intended experience, not a service already available to every customer. Current development uses explainable rules and human review. Predictive AI remains planned.
WHAT YOUR REPORT COULD TELL YOU
What changed? What might be relevant? What can I discuss next?
Your report is designed to summarise trends over an appropriate period, with an explanation behind each indicator. It should help you prepare for a conversation, without overwhelming you with raw readings.
A health indicator describes a tracked pattern. It is not a diagnosis, a disease prediction or a numerical risk score. If data is insufficient, that should be clear too.
Tracked patterns are within the expected support range. Continue your agreed plan and check-ins.
A pattern has changed or needs a closer look. Review the context with your support team.
A pattern should be reviewed and, where appropriate, escalated to a suitable professional.
A useful next step
Bring your questions, recent routine changes and agreed goals to the conversation.
Routine reports are separate from urgent-safety pathways. Vytalo is not an emergency monitoring service; follow your existing care plan and device safety guidance.
Time in range · Lows & highs · Variability
Activity · Sleep · Heart rate trends
Symptoms · Changes · Coach notes
Context turns information into a conversation.
CONNECTED CGM & WEARABLES
Glucose is the starting point. Your life gives it context.
CGM shows glucose patterns. Wearables add movement, sleep and heart-rate context. Your updates and coach notes help explain the numbers.
Terra is the planned connection layer for supported CGM and wearables. Device and regional availability depend on integration readiness.
Wearable signals support review. They are not standalone diagnostic tests or independent clinical alert triggers in the current CGM-led approach.
SUPPORT THAT FITS YOUR LIFE
Support should fit your life. Professional judgement stays at the centre of every response.
Talk through your patterns, routine and barriers. Agree manageable lifestyle goals and review how they fit your life.
When your needs go beyond general coaching, the proposed pathway involves a registered dietitian for appropriate dietary support.
Concerns beyond coaching scope are directed to appropriate clinical care. Any sharing of health information needs an agreed, authorised pathway.
