DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?
You may have glucose readings in one app, activity in another and questions about what it all means. Vytalo’s aim is to connect that information with your routine, so you and your support team can see the bigger picture.

Your numbers are only part of your story.
The planned experience brings your routine, preferences and goals into the conversation. The aim is practical support you can discuss, try and review with a person.

CONDITIONS & PEOPLE
A clear focus today, with a thoughtful view of what could come next.
Understand glucose patterns alongside food, movement and sleep, with support for practical lifestyle goals.
Bring glucose readings and everyday context into conversations with your support team, alongside your existing diabetes care plan.
Glucose patterns, lifestyle context and coaching in one picture, alongside existing diabetes care.
Explore blood pressure, nutrition and lifestyle context. Future pathways need validated blood-pressure measurements and clinical oversight.
Living with one condition can affect your wider health and may be associated with other health problems. Vytalo’s connected-health ambition is to look across your available health and lifestyle data to help you understand these connections.
By tracking changes in supported areas such as glucose, blood pressure, activity, sleep and nutrition, the planned approach brings clear indicators and regular reports together to highlight patterns that may need attention.
The aim is to help you act earlier on factors you can influence, make informed lifestyle choices and get appropriate professional support.
LOOKING BEYOND ONE CONDITION
Living with one condition can affect your wider health. Some of the same lifestyle and metabolic factors may matter in more than one area.
Vytalo’s aim is to bring supported readings and everyday context into one view. Changes in glucose, blood pressure, activity, sleep and nutrition can then inform a conversation about factors you can influence.
You do not need to make sense of every number alone. Clear indicators and regular reports are designed to help you identify changes and seek appropriate support.
Understand connections → Review changing patterns → Find earlier supportGlucose management: glucose patterns alongside movement, sleep and your daily routine.
Blood pressure: actual readings from a validated BP monitor, with lifestyle context. A wearable does not replace BP measurement.
Wider health: PCOS and other metabolic-health areas may be considered as pathways develop. Kidney health may be relevant where clinically appropriate, rather than a standalone prediction service.

Current design focus: prediabetes, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.
Blood-pressure pathways, PCOS and wider metabolic-health support remain development ambitions.
Vytalo does not diagnose conditions or guarantee that another condition will be prevented.

PEER-REVIEWED RESEARCH
Research supports the value of understanding patterns and supporting lifestyle change. Vytalo’s own safety, effectiveness and outcomes still need evaluation.
The Diabetes Prevention Program trial found that an intensive lifestyle programme reduced the incidence of Type 2 diabetes in adults at high risk, compared with placebo.
Knowler et al. · New England Journal of Medicine · 2002 ↗This was a structured clinical trial in a specific population. It does not establish that Vytalo prevents diabetes or produces the same results.
The MOBILE randomised trial found improved HbA1c with CGM compared with blood-glucose meter monitoring at eight months in adults with poorly controlled Type 2 diabetes treated with basal insulin, without mealtime insulin.
Martens et al. · JAMA · 2021 ↗The findings apply to the studied population and intervention. They do not validate Vytalo’s rules, coaching service or future AI.
A large Scottish primary-care study showed that multiple long-term conditions commonly occur together, supporting the need for care that considers the whole person.
Barnett et al. · The Lancet · 2012 ↗This observational study describes patterns across a population. It does not predict an individual’s future conditions or prove that a platform prevents them.
