How review priorities and care-team roles work
What do Green, Amber and Red mean?
Green · Routine check-in

Keep your agreed check-ins and everyday goals.

Amber · A closer look

Your coach would review the pattern and talk it through with you.

Red · Priority review

A flagged concern needs prompt professional attention.

These colours organise human review. They are not diagnoses, disease probabilities or a guarantee of safety. Wearable sleep and activity add context; they do not independently trigger a clinical alert.

Too little data means no calculated score. Serious observed safety events still need review. If urgent help is needed, follow your care plan and usual urgent-care route; do not wait for this demo.

Health coaches review concerns first. A registered dietitian supports dietary needs after referral; a GP or appropriate clinician handles concerns outside the team’s scope. Internal team discussions stay separate from patient messages.

Scoring requires at least 70% of glucose readings over 14 days. Safety overrides take priority, even when data is incomplete. Green: 0–19. Amber: 20–49. Red: 50–100. These are illustrative presets; thresholds and actions require clinical sign-off for the intended population.

Sleep, activity and personal notes add context. A professional reviews guidance before it reaches a patient.
